Your comments and suggestions are important to us. Please contact the practice with your suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.
Alternatively you might like to join the Patient Participation Group which meets on a quarterley basis.
Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with by the receptionist. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception or put in writing and this will be passed to the most appropriate person.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
We have removed our on-line complaint form due to trivial and vaxatious complaints so if you feel you have genuine cause to make a complaint please contact the surgery and speak to a member of our team, or ask to speak directly to the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
Please include your name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number. If you are not the patient please also include your relation to the patient and the patient details. Thank you
